Prep: Cook your Love Buds Beefless Meatballs according to pack instructions.

Preheat: Set oven to broil (grill) and work on the next steps while it heats up.

Baste the Bread: Place 4 hoagie or Italian sub buns in a 9x13 baking dish or a baking tray with parchment paper. Open the bun but do NOT break them apart into separate pieces. Baste the inside with vegan butter or even better - vegan garlic butter.

Build the Sub: Add sauce + meatballs (4–5 pcs per sub depending on the length of your bread), top with more sauce. You can either mix your vegan meatballs and sauce together in a bowl and then add to the sandwiches or add a little sauce to each one. Then layer provolone slices on top (or any vegan cheese of your choice).

Broil: Place under broiler for 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted. For better melt, lightly spray cheese with oil or water.

Finish & Serve: Remove, sprinkle with vegan parmesan, let cool for 5 minutes, then dig in.
Notes for Variations

Try other plant-based cheeses: vegan mozzarella, shreds, or cheese sauce.

Other vegan meatball options include Beyond Meat, Impossible, Gardein, or homemade chickpea/lentil balls.

Air fryer option: 5–10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
