Ingredients
For the base:

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup pizza sauce or tomato passata
 - 
1½ cups shredded Nudairy’s Tasty Cheese
 - 
6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 
6 black olives, pitted
 - 
3–4 button mushrooms, sliced
 - 
Fresh basil leaves
 - 
Olive oil, for drizzling
 - 
Dried oregano, to taste
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat oven:
220°C (430°F) for at least 15 minutes. - 
Prepare the base:
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to a baking tray or pizza stone. - 
Assemble:
Spread pizza sauce evenly, sprinkle half of the cheese, and add tomatoes, olives, and mushrooms. Top with remaining cheese. - 
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted perfectly. - 
Finish:
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
