The Fable Shiitake Mushroom Burger is made with real shiitake mushrooms to deliver a succulent,
savoury bite with deep umami flavour. Strictly free from GMO, preservatives and artificial
ingredients. It’s real food, real mushrooms – but better.
INGREDIENTS:
Shiitake Mushroom (42%) (Naturally Occurring Sulphites), Water, Coconut Oil, Isolated Soy Protein,
Glutinous Rice Flour, Onion, Tapioca Flour, Tomato Paste, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Gluten
Free Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar, Corn Starch)( Non GMO), Garlic Powder, Salt,
Mushroom Powder
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Product must be thawed and cooked.
Grill or cook in a hot lightly oiled pan on Medium-High to High heat for 2–3 minutes each side,
reaching an internal temperature of at least 70°C. Ideal serving temperature is 50–60°C.
STORAGE: Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 5°C or below and use
within 7 days.
SHELF LIFE: 2 years frozen. Consume within 3 days of opening.
ALLERGENS: Contains: Soy and naturally occurring Sulphites. May Contain: Wheat since this product
is manufactured in a facility that processes other food products which may contain these ingredients.
